(To a male, regardless of age) Excuse me, Sir. Could you show me how I can get to Ha Long from here?
(To a woman, regardless of age) Excuse me, Madam (or Ma'am). How can I get to Ha Long from here?
Note: "Hi" is casual. "Hello, Sir" or "Hello, Madam" seems better for the situation.
